Twin Registry Questionnaires

Since 1972, the National Academy of Sciences has developed three major questionnaires to be distributed to twins participating in the NAS-NRC World War II Veteran Twin Registry. The first questionnaire (Q2) was mailed to twins in 1972 and requested information on general health and family history. In 1985, the second questionnaire (Q7) was distributed. Questions on general health, alcohol consumption, handedness, and retirement were included. The most recent questionnaire, (Q8), was developed in 2000.
