The Committee on Prevention and Control of Viral Hepatitis Infections held a public meeting on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at the National Academy of Sciences building in Washington, DC. Presentations were given by representatives from the sponsoring agency and organization and several viral hepatitis advocacy groups. Members of the public also presented testimony to the committee.
