Meeting One

The first meeting of the committee was held on January 16 & 17, 2007 from approximately 8:00am - 5:00pm, at the National Academy of Sciences Building, Lecture Room, 2100 C St. N.W., Washington, DC. There was an information gathering session that was open to the public on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 from 10:00am - 3:30pm. January 17th was a closed session with committee members and Institute of Medicine (IOM) 
staff only.
