The first meeting of the committee was held on June 8th, 2005 from approximately 8:00am - 3:00pm, at the Center of the National Academies, Room 100, 500 5th St., NW, Washington, DC, 20001. This was an organizational meeting and was open to the public from approximately 10:00am - 1:00pm.
