Development of DRIs, 1994-2004: Lessons Learned and New Challenges

***BACKGROUND MATERIALS***

As part of its activities, the workshop planning committee identified relevant background information for the workshop. The materials include existing documents as well as comparison tables and background papers prepared specifically for the workshop.

These materials were gathered in order to help inform workshop participants. They may also be useful to those planning to attend the workshop or others interested in the development of DRIs.  In addition, as provided below, persons and organizations were given the opportunity to offer comments on these documents.
