Meeting #4: Lessons Learned from Development of Federal Nutrition Standards for the School Meal Programs

The IOM Committee on Nutrition Standards for Foods in Schools held its fourth meeting on April 20-21, 2006 at the Keck Center of the National Acadmies in Washington, DC.

On Friday, April 21, 2006 the committee held an open session from 10:00 AM to 11:00/11:30 AM EST. The committee will also held closed sessions from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on April 20 and from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM on April 21.
