The first meeting of the Committee for the Evaluation o f the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) Implementation was held on February 23rd and 24th in Baltimore, MD at the Mt. Washington Conference Center.  This meeting was part of the information gathering process of the committee and was open to the public.
