The Forum held it's first meeting on October 4th and 5th, 2006 in Washington DC.  Subsequent meetings have been held on February 26th and 27th, 2007 in Washington, DC; July 30th and 31st, 2007 in Woods Hole, MA; October 24th and 25th, 2007 in Washington, D.C.; and January 30th, 2008 again in Washington, D.C.
