Invitation to Submit Testimony
The committee has invited individuals and organizations to submit written testimony, which might include innovations/models and barriers/opportunities, in the following areas: community health, public health, primary care, and long-term care. You may submit testimony in any or all of these areas. The committee also asked all submitters to provide their vision of the future of nursing as part of their testimony. While the deadline has passed to submit testimony to inform the forum discussion, the committee still welcomes testimony related to care in the community.
