Public Workshop on Streamlining Clinical Trial and Material Transfer Negotiations

There are several efforts underway to develop and refine clinical trial agreement (CTA) and material transfer agreement (MTA) templates in order to streamline the technology transfer negotiation process. Several of these efforts will be presented and discussed, including an effort that was commissioned by the IOM. The public will have an opportunity to provide feedback and consider these efforts in the context of the evolving clinical research environment.
