The workshop on Challenges for the Clinical Research Enterprise - Funding Comparative and Evaluative Research focused discussion on the need for health services, outcomes, and quality research and the need for additional comparative and evaluative clinical research. At two previous CRR workshops, employers, insurers, and health care providers identified a need for additional focus in this area and the need for the clinical research enterprise to provide more information for practical health care decision making
