Activity Description

The IOM committee is examining current research directions and certification and testing issues regarding the use of personal protective equipment during an influenza pandemic. The study is focused on research and other relevant efforts conducted since the release of the IOM report Preparing for an Influenza Pandemic: Personal Protective Equipment for Healthcare Workers in September 2007.
