The Institute of Medicine Committee on Nutrition Standards for Foods in Schools held its second meeting on December 5-6, 2005 at the National Academy of Sciences Building in Washington, DC.
On Monday, December 5, the committee meeting was open to the public from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. During the open session, the committee heard presentations by invited speakers. The committee also held closed sessions from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on December 5 and from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on December 6.
