  • "Upward" - Congress
  • "Horizontal" - Global Partners/Coordination – Global Fund, UNAIDS, World Bank, WHO
  • "Downward" - Country Partners/Harmonization – Intended Beneficiaries, Focus Countries

The workshop was moderated by Ruth Levine, Director of Programs and Senior Fellow, Center for Global Development.
