The Committee on Breast Cancer and the Environment held its first meeting on April 14-15, 2010 at the National Academy of Sciences Keck Building. Part of the first day, April 14, was open to the public to observe committee proceedings. At the meeting, the committee heard from the study sponsor, Susan G. Komen for the Cure® as well as other invited breast cancer research and advocacy organizations.
