Annual Fund

While government agencies, foundations, and corporations fund many IOM studies and activities, individual donations are critical. Unrestricted support for the annual fund is integral to our ability to work rapidly and independently. Your generous contribution will enable the IOM to address the critical questions and communicate the answers to those who need them most.

Endowment

Gifts to the IOM endowment provide us with enduring capital to help us anticipate and answer the nation’s most pressing questions about health and health care. Investment income earned from endowments is used to initiate IOM activities to respond to urgent health matters in the U.S. and abroad.

Anniversary Fellows

The IOM Anniversary Fellows Program, created in 2005 to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the IOM, provides talented early career health science scholars with an opportunity to participate actively in the work of the IOM and to further their careers as future leaders in the field.
